1. General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and fd111 ("fd111", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the fd111 website, mobile interface, games, sportsbook, and all related services available at fd111.bet and its associated subdomains (collectively, "the Platform").

By accessing the fd111 Platform in any capacity — including browsing as a guest, creating a registered account, making a deposit, placing a wager, claiming a bonus, or participating in any promotion — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

fd111 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time and at its sole discretion. Where material changes are made, fd111 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players via the email address on file. Your continued use of the Platform following any such update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail in all cases.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and maintain an active fd111 account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are a natural person and not registering on behalf of a corporation, trust, or other legal entity.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not expressly prohibited by local law applicable to you personally.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or affiliate of fd111 or any of its technology, gaming, or payment partners.
• You are not acting on behalf of, or in collusion with, any other party for the purpose of defrauding fd111 or its player base.
• You have not previously been permanently excluded from fd111 or had an account closed for Terms violations.
• You are not included on any self-exclusion register or compulsive gambling programme that would restrict your access to gambling services.

fd111 reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any point during a player's account lifecycle. Where a player cannot adequately demonstrate that they meet the minimum age requirement, fd111 will suspend the account pending verification and, if eligibility cannot be confirmed, permanently close the account. Any funds deposited by an ineligible player may be returned after deducting any winnings generated, at fd111's sole discretion and in accordance with applicable laws.

3. Account Registration & Verification

To access fd111's full range of services — including deposits, wagering, and withdrawals — you must complete the registration process and create a single registered account. Registration requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and email address.

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one registered fd111 account at any given time. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, different email addresses, or different payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts. Bonuses, free bets, and promotional credits claimed across duplicate accounts are void and will be forfeited without recourse.

fd111 is committed to maintaining a secure, fraud-free environment for all players. As part of this commitment, fd111 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme. Players will be required to complete KYC verification before withdrawals are processed above the applicable threshold, when unusual account activity is detected, or at any time at fd111's discretion.

Standard KYC documentation requirements include:

• Proof of Identity: A clear, colour photograph of a valid government-issued National ID card, passport, or driving licence showing your full name and date of birth.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence issued within the previous three months, displaying your full name and residential address.
• Proof of Payment Method: Where required, a screenshot or confirmation of the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account used for deposits, confirming the registered mobile number matches the account holder.
• Selfie Verification: A clear photograph of you holding your identity document, taken at the time of submission.

Submitting falsified, altered, or fraudulent documentation constitutes a serious offence. fd111 will permanently close any account found to have submitted fraudulent KYC documents, forfeit all balances, and reserve the right to report the matter to relevant authorities. fd111 will never use your KYC documents for any purpose other than identity verification and fraud prevention, as further described in the Privacy Policy.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your fd111 account login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party under any circumstances. fd111 will never request your password through any communication channel. If you believe your account credentials have been compromised, you must notify fd111 support immediately at [email protected]. fd111 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your credentials.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All fd111 accounts are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). fd111 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies or cryptocurrency. All transactions are processed through approved Bangladeshi payment channels including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank.

• The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200.
• Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your fd111 balance within sixty (60) seconds of successful payment confirmation.
• Bank transfer deposits may take up to two (2) business hours to be credited, depending on the originating bank's processing times.
• fd111 does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• You may only deposit funds using payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever technically possible.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is between one (1) and twenty-four (24) hours from the time the request is submitted, subject to KYC verification being complete.
• Withdrawals cannot be processed to payment accounts that are not registered in the account holder's verified name.
• fd111 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawal requests above ৳50,000.
• Pending withdrawal requests may be cancelled by the player before processing is completed; once processed, withdrawals cannot be reversed.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

fd111 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing registered players. All bonuses are subject to the terms stated on the individual promotion page as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and this section, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail.

• All bonuses are credited in BDT (৳) to the player's bonus wallet and are subject to wagering requirements ("rollover") before any associated winnings may be transferred to the withdrawable cash balance.
• Each promotion clearly states the applicable wagering requirement (e.g., 20x rollover), the qualifying game categories, and the expiry period within which the wagering requirement must be fulfilled.
• Players may only claim each welcome bonus or sign-up promotion once. Attempting to claim a first-deposit bonus on a second or duplicate account constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• fd111 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify wagering requirements, or cancel a promotion at any time, provided that any such change will not retroactively affect bonuses already accepted and in progress.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred between players or exchanged for cash before wagering requirements are met.
• Maximum bet sizes while a bonus is active may be limited as stated on the individual promotion page. Bets exceeding any applicable bonus bet limit will be voided.
• Seasonal promotions tied to Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day, and other cultural calendar events will carry their own specific terms published at the time of the promotion launch.

fd111 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reclaim bonus funds and associated winnings from any account where it determines that bonus abuse, collusion, or exploitation of system errors has occurred. A determination of bonus abuse does not require proof of intent — patterns of play inconsistent with genuine recreational gambling and consistent with systematic bonus extraction are sufficient grounds for bonus forfeiture.

6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the fd111 Platform, you agree to use it exclusively for lawful, personal recreational gambling purposes and in strict compliance with these Terms. The following activities are expressly prohibited and constitute material breaches of this agreement:

• Underage gambling: Using or attempting to use the Platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false personal information during registration, KYC, or at any other stage of the account lifecycle.
• Account sharing or transfer: Allowing any third party to access or operate your fd111 account, or transferring your account to another individual.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players for the purpose of guaranteeing combined profits, manipulating game outcomes, or systematically exploiting promotions.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated software to place wagers, exploit bonuses, or interact with the Platform in any non-human manner.
• Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent payment chargebacks through your bank or mobile wallet provider for deposits that were legitimately credited to your fd111 account.
• Arbitrage and matched betting: Systematically exploiting differences in odds across markets or platforms for risk-free profit using fd111 promotional funds.
• Interference with platform integrity: Attempting to access, reverse-engineer, modify, or disrupt any part of the fd111 Platform's software, servers, or infrastructure.

fd111 employs ongoing monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is identified, fd111 may take any or all of the following actions without prior notice: suspend the account, permanently close the account, forfeit the entire account balance, recover losses incurred by fd111 arising from the prohibited conduct, and refer the matter to relevant law enforcement or financial regulatory bodies.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

Either party may initiate the closure of an fd111 account. Players wishing to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting fd111 support at [email protected]. Any remaining cash balance (excluding unmet bonus funds) will be returned to the player's verified payment method within the standard withdrawal processing timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

fd111 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, collusion, or other criminal activity.
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months, subject to the dormant account procedure below.
• Discovery that the account holder does not meet the minimum age requirement of 18 years.
• A formal self-exclusion request by the account holder or a verified third party acting on their behalf.

An fd111 account is considered dormant after twelve (12) consecutive months of no login activity. fd111 will make reasonable efforts to contact the account holder via email before applying any dormancy administration fee. A monthly administration charge of ৳100 or the remaining account balance (whichever is lower) may be deducted from dormant account balances. Players may reactivate a dormant account by completing a successful login and, where required, completing an updated KYC review.

Players who request account closure for responsible gaming reasons — including self-exclusion requests — will have their accounts closed with immediate effect. fd111 does not impose a waiting period on responsible gaming closures. Any remaining withdrawable balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method. 8. Limitation of Liability

The fd111 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While fd111 makes every reasonable effort to ensure continuous, uninterrupted access to its services, fd111 does not warrant that the Platform will be free from errors, interruptions, latency, or data loss at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance windows may result in temporary service unavailability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, fd111 and its directors, officers, employees, technology partners, and game providers shall not be liable for any of the following:

• Loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any wagers placed or games played during a period of system malfunction, software error, or network disruption — fd111 reserves the right to void any bets placed during confirmed technical errors.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or any banking institution.
• Unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages regardless of the cause of action or the theory of liability.

Where fd111's liability cannot be fully excluded by law, fd111's total aggregate liability to any individual player arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player to their fd111 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, such provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The failure of fd111 to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and fd111 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any nature, whether written or oral.
